Business Logic Systems, which specialise in real-time prepaid marketing campaign automation and customer loyalty solutions for mobile network operators, has launched InTelestage V.8, the latest version of the company’s suite of modular solutions. With increased speed and data functionality as well as improved usability, the company says that InTelestage V.8 makes it easier than ever before for operators to activate the base, stimulate top-ups and extend subscriber lifetime value with two-way automated campaigns. InTelestage V.8 is available to new and existing customers immediately.
The Real-Time Prepaid Marketing Engine, which lies at the heart of all InTelestage solutions, features the most significant upgrades, with 30% faster overall loading speeds and additional real-time data loading capability. By reducing the latency when loading data, operators can deliver more timely campaigns and improve the overall subscriber experience. The latest version of the solution also includes new aggregates for on-net and off-net service usage, and the availability of new value added services data marts to accommodate GPRS and RBT data in real-time.
